Precision Machining

COMPLIMENTING………
the other resources VersaTool has to complete our customer’s expectations is the Precision Machining Department.  This department is capable of OD grinding (up to 8′ long) and turning (up to 120″ long and 30″ in diameter). We also have several Vertical and Horizontal Mills, with our mills having 8′ tables.  We have two CNC turning centers, one for small pieces (up to 10″ diameter), and a Toolmek CNC lathe, which is capable of turning up to 30″ diameter and 120″ in length.

Now expanding our customer service with our Vertical Turning Center.  With up to a 56″ swing.
