line of CNC machining centers to complete our customers work.  Including four (6) Vertical Machining Centers with fourth axis capabilities and two (2) CNC turning centers, compliment both the Tool & Die Department and Production Machining Department.

Virtual……

Gibbs CAM 2010 and VISI 19 solid and surface 3-D programming is the main software used by the CNC Department.  This allows more speed and efficiency while designing and creating tooling.

Variety……

is the key to our EDM Department with several different machines to work from.  Some of these include five (5) Charmilles Robofil auto-thread EDM Machines and a CAD CAM computer system with Autocad 2009 and modem capability.
