Complementing the other resources VersaTool has to complete our customer’s expectations is the Precision Machining Department.  This department is capable of OD grinding (up to 8′ long) and turning (up to 120″ long and 30″ in diameter). We also have several Vertical and Horizontal Mills, with our mills having 8′ tables.  Our CNC turning centers, are capable of machining parts from to 1/8” diameter and up to 30″ diameter and 120″ in length.  Live tooling lathes compliment out turning centers by reducing extra setups and completing milling and drilling operations in as little as one setup.
