VersaTool’s design department designers utilize AutoCAD 2020 allowing them to create stunning designs and improve collaboration with innovative productivity tools & software including DIEMAKER™, Virtual Gibbs and VISI Solid and Surface 3D programming. All computer terminals are network between Design, CNC Machining centers and CNC Wire EDM Machines.

Our VISI Solid surface 3D programming allows VersaTool the capability of all your 3D modeling and surfacing needs.  Vero Software is for aiding the design and manufacturing process in specific sectors of the industry with a knowledge driven focus on Mold & Die. The specific sectors include the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds, sheet metal stamping dies, progressive dies, 3D > 5-axis milling, electrode production, multi-axis laser cutting, Wire EDM and others.

VISI Machining 3D creates intelligent toolpaths on the most complex 3D parts. Dedicated high speed milling techniques and built in smoothing algorithms create highly efficient NC code. Intelligent toolpaths reduce cycle times on our machines, improve productivity and continuously produce high quality components.
